Dear friends,
You are cordially invited to a shindig at the Albert Club on Saturday the 28th August. There will be beautiful music to indulge your Balearic addiction, including DJ sets from Mr Folk himself, the world famous Mudd (of record label Claremont 56, from London you know), Dan English (one of the boys from Naive Melody), the deeply delicious Garth Be, and very special guest Lucci Capri (who, at no expense spared, we're flying in from Ibiza especially for you).
The Folk mystique will commence at 1pm, carrying you through the day and into the night. A luxurious cake stand and a rustic barbeque will be on site for that authentic taste of summer, and the evening promises a hint of debauchery with our secret-recipe Sangria and maybe even some Pimms and Lemonade for another summer time taste sensation.
Hope to see you there! ( not quite on the beach but we'll try to recreate our Ibiza experience for you! )
Yours truly,
Folk xxx

Folk Ibiza Pre-Party.
As Folk is having a festival in Ibiza this July, from Friday 25th June - Sunday 27th June 2010 we decided to have a massive weekend party to try and grab a final few ticket sales.
Folk aready has palm trees, so, to persuade the world that Ibiza is the place to be, we also threw some sand on the floor and made a beach. Oh, and made our own sangria, froze some ice pops for everyone, had DJ sets from our in-house vinyl musicians, cooked homemade BBQ food, bought various beach-related items, and accepted payment in Euros.
Looks like fun, no?...
